At FÖRNİ, we believe that design gains meaning not only from how it looks, but also from how it is made and the resources used to make it. Guided by this belief, we have reached a major milestone in our energy transition: all of the energy used to manufacture FÖRNİ products now comes from solar power.
Through our previously announced solar power plant investments, we set out to gradually increase the share of renewable energy in our production and ultimately reach 100%. Today, we are delighted to have achieved this goal.

The environmental impact of a piece of furniture is not limited to the materials it is made from. The energy used throughout the process, from material processing to manufacturing, is also a significant part of that impact.
That is why we approach sustainability at FÖRNİ not only through the materials we choose for our products, but as a responsibility that extends across the entire production process. Powering our production entirely with solar energy is one of the key steps in this approach.
Producing with renewable energy from the sun reduces our consumption of fossil fuel-based electricity while supporting our efforts to lower the environmental footprint of our manufacturing processes.
